This role will primarily be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Drafting, and Construction Project Management.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for non-technical positions.Role Specialization : Source and evaluate candidates for a broad range of roles, including but not limited to : Accountants, Financial Analysts, ControllersMarketing Coordinators, Managers, Content SpecialistsElectrical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, DraftersConstruction Project Managers, EstimatorsPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for mid-level to senior roles in manufacturing, AEC (architecture, engineering, construction), or industrial sectors.
