Meet performance targets and collaborate with internal teams to manage complex cases.

Job Requirements :

Minimum qualification : Minimum Qualification with Experience Range 2-4 year of relevant experience.

Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and clarity.

Comfortable working 6 Working Days during the DAY Shift Type shift.

Ability to escalate issues appropriately and coordinate with other departments when needed.

Salary 18000-21000 per month
