✅ Role Overview

The

Regional Manager (RM)

for

Offline SIP

is a high-impact

individual contributor

role focused on driving

revenue growth through strategic B2B consultative sales

to

CBSE schools . If you have strong school networks and exceptional selling skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Sales Excellence

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic school acquisitions.
  • Drive high-value

B2B consultative sales

and close complex deals.

  • Maintain a healthy
  • sales pipeline

    with accurate forecasting.

    2. Strategic Business Development

  • Leverage strong CBSE school networks to build a solid sales funnel.
  • Identify and convert strategic opportunities by aligning SIP solutions with school needs.
  • 3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with
  • Principals, Directors, Owners, and Trust Members .

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • 4. Financial Accountability

  • Ensure
  • timely revenue collection

    and minimize outstanding receivables.

    5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with
  • academic, operations, and marketing teams

    for seamless delivery.

    6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in
  • CRM

    and provide detailed sales and market reports.

    Experience & Qualifications

    8+ years

    of proven sales experience in

    Offline SIP products

    (school integrated programs).

  • Strong track record in selling
  • SIP solutions

    from reputed test-prep brands.

  • Established network in
  • CBSE schools

    currently running or planning SIP.

    Skills & Traits

  • Exceptional
  • B2B consultative selling

    skills.

  • Strategic planning, negotiation, and deal-closing expertise.
  • Highly
  • target-driven , results-oriented, and revenue-focused.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
