Job descriptionLeverage strong CBSE school networks to build a solid sales funnel. Identify and convert strategic opportunities by aligning SIP solutions with school needs. Build strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Owners, and Trust Members. Ensure high customer satisfaction and account Accountability. Ensure timely revenue collection and minimize outstanding Collaboration. Work closely with academic, operations, and marketing teams for seamless delivery. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide detailed sales and market reports. 8+ years of proven sales experience in Offline SIP products (school integrated programs). Strong track record in selling SIP solutions from reputed test-prep brands. Established network in CBSE schools currently running or planning SIP. Exceptional B2B consultative selling skills. Strategic planning, negotiation, and deal-closing expertise. Highly target-driven, results-oriented, and revenue-focused. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
