About Engineering at Customer Data Platform :
Our mission is to build modern, secure, and scalable Identity, Access, and Consent Management capabilities that power all customer-facing and internal experiences across Condé Nast. We enable trusted authentication and authorization through industry-standard protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and SCIM, ensuring unified customer identity, seamless federation, and fine-grained access control across our ecosystem. Security, privacy, performance, and frictionless user experience are core principles that guide everything we build.
We have strong capabilities in areas such as SSO, MFA, identity federation, role-based and
attribute-based access management (RBAC / ABAC), customer identity resolution, consent & preference management, and secure session handling — and we continue to expand these capabilities as our global audience grows. About The Role :
Condé Nast is looking for a seasoned, hands-on Engineering Leader to help build and scale the next generation of our global Identity and Access Management capabilities. You will lead the development of secure, high-performance backend services that authenticate millions of users, manage identity lifecycles, enforce fine-grained access policies, and maintain customer trust across all brands.
You will partner closely with Security, Product, and cross-functional engineering teams to define identity contracts, authorization frameworks, and architectural patterns that enable secure, consistent access across platforms.
These teams’ focus spans core areas such as authentication, authorization, federation, consent management, and customer identity resolution—capabilities that are foundational to every brand experience at Condé Nast. Your work will shape the future of our global customer identity strategy and directly impact how millions of readers securely interact with our products around the world.
