JD / Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in SAP CRM to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP CRM technical aspects and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for CRM enhancements.

Perform system configuration, customization, and integration of SAP CRM with other systems.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM-related issues.

Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for future reference.

Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in SAP CRM development.

Mandatory Skills :

Strong technical knowledge of SAP CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration.

Proficiency in ABAP programming language and experience with SAP UI5 / Fiori.

Experience with SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.

Solid understanding of database management and SQL.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and its integration with SAP CRM.

Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

7-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP CRM.

Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
