The "Colleague" environment emphasizes the employee journey and self-service capabilities.- Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.- End-to-end testing : Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise application- Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.- Workflow automation : Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.- Performance testing : Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.- Regression testing : Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
