Experience - 7- 10 years as a communication trainer

About the Role :

We are seeking a nativ or nativ-level English speaker, preferably an America or Indo-Americn professional , to join our team in India as a Language and Accent Trainer . The role involves training employees in spoken English, with a focus on Americn accent, business communication, cross-cultural interaction , and customer service etiquette . The goal is to help our workforce meet global communication standards, especially for working with Americn clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular training sessions on Americn English pronunciation, intonation, and fluency
• Design and deliver accent neutralization and Americn accent enhancement modules
• Improve employee confidence in verbal communication , telephone etiquette , and email writing
• Provide coaching on cross-cultural communication , especially in relation to Americn business practices
• Tailor training programs for different departments such as customer support, tech support , etc.
• Create and assess pre- and post-training evaluations to measure improvement and training effectiveness
• Work closely with management and team leads to identify specific communication challenges
• Stay updated with modern language training techniques and tools
