Job description

Roles & Responsibilities of a Coach – Sports Specific :

  • Sports Specific for overall program implementation.
  • Lead training sessions at HCLFoundation supported sports development centers & ensuring regular participation of program participants.
  • Talent Scouting & Creating Excellence Team in respective locations.
  • Effectively working on creating Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly reports on Talent Development Program of “Sports for Change Special Initiative”.
  • Conducting summer & winter Camp for respective locations
  • Closely Working on Standard Skill and Fitness Assessments.
  • Handle logistics like participant travel, accommodation, Food, etc. duringthe sports events.
  • The role would require extensive travel across India.
  • Effective engagement of HCL employees at “Sports for Change” competition through creative and engaging strategies (employee volunteering).

Opening in various sports : Kabaddi, Volleyball, Kho Kho, Girl Cricket.

Location : Bengaluru

Experience and qualification :

  • 2-4 years of experience working with sports associations, agencies, NGO’s, Sports Foundations working in organizing Sports events, especially for children. Candidate having prior experience is mandatory.
  • Professional License Course (Preferably NIS / International Level Player / National Level Player)
  • Minimum qualification required (Mped / Bped).
  • Associated with District & State Level associations / federation.
