CAD BIM Designer Electrical

Qualifications :

Educational Requirements :

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Electrical or a closely related discipline is mandatory.

Professional Experience :

A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems is required.

• Proven track record of involvement in MEP design and coordination for commercial residential or industrial projects is essential.

Technical Proficiencies :

Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit AutoCAD MEP Navisworks or equivalent BIM platforms is non-negotiable.

• Comprehensive understanding of MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) systems and workflows is crucial.
• Demonstrated expertise in clash detection methodologies and resolution processes is imperative.

Critical Competencies

Exceptional attention to detail and advanced problem-solving capabilities are paramount.

• Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams are essential.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies and industry best practices in BIM is required.
