We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Store Executive / Manager to lead the overall operations of our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store / outlet management , with a keen focus on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction . This role requires excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and motivate a team, while also overseeing critical functions like retail loss prevention, billing, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations & Management : Take full responsibility for overall store operations . This includes overseeing daily activities, managing store management tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Customer Service & Satisfaction : Be the primary driver of customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of customer service . You will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience and handling customer inquiries.
- Team Leadership & Development : Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities by managing, motivating, and training the store team. You will be responsible for the onboarding and development of all staff.
- Loss Prevention & Administration : Implement effective retail loss prevention techniques to minimize shrinkage. You will also manage essential administrative tasks, including billing and invoicing .
Qualifications
Experience ranging from 0-7 years in a retail management or store operations role.Proven experience in store / outlet management .Expertise in retail loss prevention techniques .Skills
