Rotating Equipment Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned rotating equipment expert to contribute to our technical conferences, training programs, and workshops.

This part-time role offers flexibility for virtual delivery and occasional travel. As a subject-matter expert, you will craft impactful training sessions, serve as a speaker or panelist at international events, and evaluate technical papers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high-quality training on rotating equipment performance, diagnostics, and maintenance strategies
Participate in international technical conferences and forums
Evaluate technical papers and inform conference agendas
Share practical insights on performance assessment, troubleshooting, and asset reliability improvements
Collaborate with our team to align technical content with industry challenges and trends

Requirements

Proven expertise in rotating equipment performance, diagnostics, and reliability strategies

Strong knowledge of turbomachinery, compressors, pumps, bearings, lubrication, and vibration analysis

Training or presentation experience in the energy, petrochemical, or utilities sector

Excellent communication skills engaging technical and non-technical audiences

Experience in technical events, professional committees, or knowledge-sharing forums is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
