Responsibilities :

Initiate contact with potential clients.

Gather detailed requirements to understand their vision and needs.

Create compelling design proposals.

Develop mood boards and single-line drawings to illustrate concepts.

Provide a tentative quotation for the proposed designs.

Extend invitations to clients to visit the Experience Center.

Showcase Aertsen Living's products and designs, ensuring an immersive experience.

Utilize design skills to provide rational and effective solutions.

Address and align design proposals with clients' unique requirements.

Build and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline.

Prioritize and track potential clients through the various stages of the sales process.

Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Understand evolving client preferences and design preferences.Proposal Sharing :

Share design proposals with clients in a clear and engaging manner.

Address any queries or concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.

Negotiate terms and conditions effectively.

Strive for a win-win situation that aligns with both Aertsen Living and the client's interests.

Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for clients.

Foster and maintain a positive atmosphere during interactions with clients.

Uphold the brand image and ethos of Aertsen Living in all client interactions

Requirements

Must Haves :

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design (B.Des).
  • Possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in Residential Interior Design.
  • Have at least one year of experience in client interactions and client management.
  • Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm to learn and adapt.
  • A confident and compelling tone of communication. Eloquent English \ Telugu \ Hindi gets you an extra point.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach with the determination to achieve and exceed expectations.
