SAP PLM DMS Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and maintain SAP DMS to manage technical documents, drawings, and engineering change processes.
• Integrate SAP PLM with CAD systems and other third-party applications.
• Define and implement document storage, retrieval, version control, and security.
• Support business users in managing document lifecycles and approval workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP DMS issues, ensuring system performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in SAP PLM DMS implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of KPro, Content Server, Easy DMS, and ArchiveLink.
• Experience in document classification, status networks, and object linking.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, and integration with CAD systems.
• Good understanding of BAPIs, BADIs, and SAP Workflow related to DMS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
