Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Manager at The Jungle Resort Amba, located in the Western Suburbs. The Resident Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating with various departments. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth running of the resort, managing budgets, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service quality.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing operations, staff, and budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations and team coordination
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience in hospitality management and customer service
• Proficiency in using management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
