We are inviting applications for the role of Global Operations Head – Insurance (UK Market).

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing large-scale Insurance Operations. The position demands strategic vision, operational rigor, and deep domain expertise in P&C Insurance and UK Market processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end

Insurance Operations

and

Service Delivery

with full P&L accountability.

Drive transformation and digital initiatives, leveraging automation, GenAI, and Lean Six Sigma frameworks.

Engage with global clients to understand business priorities, address challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.

Ensure operational excellence through effective governance, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement.

Strengthen client partnerships, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate across functions and geographies to align operations with broader business goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong background in P&C Insurance Operations with hands-on exposure to UK Market underwriting.

Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-location teams and complex client portfolios.

Demonstrated success in Operations, Service Delivery, Transformation, and P&L Management.

Strong understanding of GenAI, digital enablement, and automation in operations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment and lead through influence.
