Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Kolkata. The Territory Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, driving sales performance within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, promoting Healthium's product portfolio, achieving sales targets, implementing territory-specific strategies, and monitoring competitor activities. The role will also involve providing product demonstrations and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills with a focus on territory planning and achieving sales targets
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills to build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities effectively
• Experience in medical devices, surgical consumables, or related healthcare fields preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
