Main Purpose of Role :
The District Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of new business development opportunities. This role ensures that senior management is equipped with accurate, timely, and strategic insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to evaluate new business opportunities.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and operational data related to potential partners, markets, products, and services.
- Provide senior management with detailed analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and information packages for internal reviews, client meetings, and business negotiations.
- Ensure all documentation and materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with organizational Education : MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing professional reports and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
