Role Overview

We’re looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect who knows their way around multi-cloud and hybrid environments like the back of their hand. In this role, you’ll design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architectures across AWS, Azure, and on-prem setups. You’ll lead complex migrations and repatriation projects, optimize cloud spend, and make sure everything is running smoothly—and securely. Bonus points if you’re familiar with HP PCE, Veeam, or VMware. Strong communication skills are a must since you’ll be working closely with tech teams, leadership, and clients. If you’ve got 8+ years of experience, a knack for translating technical speak into business value, and thrive in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 remote), we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Cloud Architecture & Design :
• Develop and design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures aligned with diverse business requirements.
• Establish processes and policies for infrastructure design, build, and implementation.
• Enterprise Infrastructure Expertise :
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Observability, and Resiliency (HA, Backup, DR).
• Possess a strong grasp of Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud infrastructure strategies, with expertise in AWS, Azure, and On-Premise environments.
• Basic understanding of HP Private Cloud Enterprise (PCE) concepts.
• Migration & Re-patriation Leadership :
• Plan, schedule, and lead complex cloud migration and re-patriation initiatives.
• Lead execution teams through various solution delivery phases, including repatriation, migration, and new builds.
• Cost Optimization & Performance Enhancement :
• Analyze and understand cloud billing (including PCE) to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Plan and execute audits and optimization efforts to reduce cloud spending, advising on the effective use of Reserved Instances (RI), Savings Plans (SP), or Spot Instances.
• Recommend and implement solutions to optimize operating costs and enhance application and infrastructure performance for customers.
• Security & Compliance :
• Ensure all cloud environments adhere to industry security standards and compliance requirements.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management :
• Lead and facilitate technical conversations between core infrastructure and other IT teams.
• Review new product offerings from a customer-centric perspective.
• Prepare clear MIS and status reports for senior management.
• Document technical details and processes thoroughly.
• Leverage strong business acumen to foster and grow client engagements in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
