Calendar Management : Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for executives. Ensure that executives are aware of their daily schedules and are well-prepared for meetings. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and workshops related to water infrastructure initiatives. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and materials.
Project Purchase Order (PO) : Issue purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services required for the project. Ensure that purchase orders are accurate, comply with project specifications, and adhere to budget constraints. Track and manage the procurement process, including order placement, delivery, and invoicing.
Intent Procurement : Clearly define procurement needs and requirements. Develop procurement plans outlining the intent, scope, and timeline for obtaining goods and services. Ensure that procurement activities align with project goals and adhere to relevant policies and regulations.
