What You Need
8+ years of product design experience, with a strong track record of delivering design solutions for web, mobile, or desktop platforms.At least 3 years of experience managing or mentoring a team of UX and visual designers.A Bachelor s degree in design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (a postgraduate degree is preferred).Expertise in design processes, systems, and tools like Figma or Miro, with experience optimizing workflows and improving team efficacy.Proven ability to advocate for design within cross-functional teams, collaborating with product and engineering to ensure design aligns with long-term business and user goals.Experience fostering a culture of growth and mentorship, including career development and team-building skills.Strong leadership skills, including managing strategic project staffing and ensuring team alignment with company objectives.Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Preferred Skills
