Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The role involves collaborating closely with executives to facilitate seamless decision-making and project management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Experience in Expense Reports and Administrative Assistance
• Exceptional Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in prioritization, time management, and organizational tasks
• Familiarity with office tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
