Operations Head

Job Description :

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations Management

Proven expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Order Fulfillment

Experience in managing distribution centres effectively

Strong team management skills handled teams of 7 8 members

Solid manufacturing industry background

Exposure to factory and distribution centre operations across multiple locations

Expertise in stock movement & management with a focus on : FIFO (First-In, First-Out), Ensuring TAT (Turnaround Time)

360 operations oversight

Educational Qualification : MBA in Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Working knowledge of SAP systems

Notice Period : 30 45 days
