Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads)
Roles and Responsibilities :
The performance marketing manager for Meta Ads will have complete ownership of Meta Ads channel spanning over multiple geographies and categories.
This is an individual contributor role with cross cross-functional interface with other stakeholders, including extensive collaboration with the creative team. The incumbent should be a full funnel marketer with deep expertise in performance marketing channels. The role will expand into category management and accountability of other channels over time.
The key roles and responsibilities include
1) Performance Marketing
- Create and optimise Meta ads campaigns across different geographies and take ownership of key metrics such as ROAS and Demos
- Identify new opportunities for growth through new creatives, categories and geographies
2) Creative Analysis and Creation
Analyse various creatives and identify key drivers for hook rates and hold ratesResearch new trends in Meta Creatives and come up with concept ideas for the Video creatives teamIndependently conceptualise and implement creative ads (static and videos) to augment the creative teams3) Category Development
Work extensively on all levers to develop the category such as
Messaging and communicationProduct packaging, pitch, pricingLead to demo conduction leversSales enablementWhat are We Looking For?
A collaborative attitude with a problem solving mindsetBTech from a tier 1 engineering institute such as IIT / NIT / DTU / NSUT or equivalent4-7 years of experience with a startup with deep experience in performance marketing are creative developmentExcellent analytical abilityWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?
