Diagnose performance issues using metrics like CTR, CPC, CR, LTV—not just ROAS. Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and account managers to align creative and funnel strategy. Turn data into strategy : analyze results, generate insights, and present clear recommendations to clients. - Experienced : 1+ years in Meta Ads (Google Ads a plus) with hands-on budget ownership
- Data-Driven : Preferably from an engineering, analytics, or technical background, you love digging into numbers.
- Strategic : You build hypotheses, test methodically, and adapt based on insights—not guesswork.
- Resilient : You stay calm under pressure and improve through feedback and post-mortems.
