About the Job
Experience : 3 - 6 years Experience only
Location - Noida
Salary - 30 - 40 K Per month
Shift Time - 9 A.M to 6 P.M. Or 10 A.M. to 7 P.M
Working Days - 5.5 Days ( 2nd and 4th Saturdays's will be off )
Responsibilities
- Strategy : Develop and implement paid social media strategies aligned with business goals, working with both organic and paid content.
- Campaign Management : Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management.
- Content : Produce, curate, and schedule engaging ad content, including visuals and copy, in line with brand voice and values.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics, and prepare reports on results for stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work with internal teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Trends & Insights : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to identify new opportunities.

Experience : Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and paid social advertising.Analytical skills : Proficiency in analyzing data and using analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.Creativity : Ability to create compelling and on-brand content.Communication : Strong communication skills for both internal collaboration and crafting public-facing ad copy.Strategic thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with broader business objectives.Platform knowledge : Extensive knowledge of current social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
