Role summary
The MIS role for the Salesforce division at Pudumjee is responsible for managing and analysing sales data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team and management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Data Management : Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting & Analysis : Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor sales team KPIs and track progress against targets.
- Insights & Forecasting : Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and forecasting.
- Coordination : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline reporting processes and CRM usage.
- Compliance & Accuracy : Ensure adherence to company policies and data confidentiality standards.
Qualification (Minimum)
