Job Title : Recruitment Process Coordinator

Type : Contractual (6 months contract), can be extended based on performance
Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday; alternate Saturdays off)
Compensation : ₹25,000 per month
About the Role :
We are looking for a Recruitment Process Coordinator to support our client’s hiring operations. This role primarily involves coordinating and scheduling interviews , ensuring seamless communication between candidates and client-side teams, and being present during interviews to ensure smooth coordination. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English , have prior experience in recruitment coordination , and maintain a professional, noiseless work environment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client interviewers.
- Be present during interviews to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview logistics, updates, and feedback.
- Partner with the client’s HR and recruitment team to align on schedules and hiring processes.
- Track interview progress, maintain accurate records, and follow up proactively.
- Handle rescheduling, last-minute changes, and feedback collection efficiently.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process.
Requirements :
Fluency in English (spoken and written).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and responsive approach in client and candidate interactions.Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently in a remote, noiseless work environment.Familiarity with calendar tools, and video meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
