Job Description – Recruitment Coordinator (RPS)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator with strong experience supporting global recruitment teams. This role requires the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activities, work across regions, and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end coordination support for recruiters across PST and APAC regions .
- Schedule interviews (phone, video, and onsite) across multiple time zones with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics.
- Update and maintain recruiting systems (Workday, ATS, iCIMS, Lever, etc.) with accuracy.
- Track recruiting activities and provide regular reports and dashboards.
- Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience , with exposure to EMEA, APAC, and PST regions .Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle high-volume scheduling while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively .Excellent follow-up skills ; proactive in managing outstanding tasks.Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems and ATS (Workday, iCIMS, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.).Flexible to work in PST (9 PM to 5 AM IST) and APAC shifts . (4 : 30 AM IST to 12 : 30 Noon)Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.Work Schedule
Shift Timings : PST and APAC (Night shifts may apply based on business need).
