Job Description :

  • A Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects and programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • The TPM acts as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Management :

  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
  • Track and report on program progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with engineering, product management, design, and operations teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Risk Management :

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively resolve blockers and ensure smooth program execution.

    • Technical Expertise :

  • Understand technical requirements and constraints to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for program updates and escalations.
  • Communicate program status, challenges, and successes to leadership and stakeholders.

    • Process Improvement :

  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools.
  • Implement best practices to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
