Position Overview :
- The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner working directly with the CEO and C-Leadership Team, assisting in decision-making, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of high-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
Work closely with the CEO and the C-Leadership team to turn ideas and priorities into clear action plans.Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver meaningful outcomes.Drive revenue and capacity planning with the CEO / C-Leadership team and functional leaders to ensure targets, resources, and business priorities are aligned.Build, maintain, and improve key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring leadership has accurate, actionable data for decision-making.Prepare high-quality presentations, business proposals, and strategy decks for internal and external stakeholders.Drive quarterly, half-yearly, and annual planning, Objective & Key Results (OKRs), and business reviews with strong follow-through.Act as the execution partner for the leadership teambridge gaps, align teams, and keep momentum high.Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to drive execution.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across business units.Own high-impact projects end-to-end; build processes that help things run faster and smarter.Manage the Founders calendar, meetings, communication, and key stakeholder interactions.Handle confidential initiatives with full ownership step in for the Founder where needed.Identify bottlenecks before they appear and keep the organisation moving and Skills :MBA candidates are preferred; Candidates with CA, CPA, or strong finance backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.4-6 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or fast-paced corporate / startup environments.Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems.Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills across stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-functional expectations.High level of integrity, discretion, and adaptability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven Requirements :Flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when required.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-expectation environment.Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.(ref : iimjobs.com)
