Job Description
We’re looking for a people-first Project Manager to lead the delivery of a cloud-based mobile and web solution designed for near real-time data capture and reporting in industrial environments. The role is not just managing tasks — it’s about building trust, keeping communication clear, and helping teams, partners and customers stay aligned through every phase of delivery.
You’ll be the steady hand guiding the project from kickoff to post-implementation support, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders. While technical familiarity is helpful, your real strength lies in planning, coordination, empathy, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle — planning, execution, and post-launch support — for
a mobile-first, cloud-based customer solution
Keep communication flowing between developers, QA, offshore contributors, clientstakeholders, and leadership
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery by their developersFacilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and milestone reviews with a focus onclarity and accountability
Track progress, manage risks, and maintain documentation — without losing sight ofthe human side of delivery
Identify risks, communicate with project team, internal leadership and customerahead of time.
Do necessary actions to manage schedule, replan if needed with taking allstakeholders in confidence.
Support training coordination and ensure smooth handoffs to operations and supportteams
Help shape release schedules in collaboration with product owners and engineeringleads
Ensure compliance with client-specific standards (e.g., NERC, OSHA) and securityprotocols
Requirements
6+ years of project management experience in software or IT services, with exposureto cloud / mobile solution delivery
Experience in working with International customers (North American preferred)Solid communication skills – verbal & written.Strong interpersonal skills — you know how to listen, guide, and build trust acrossteams and cultures
Experience managing vendors and offshore teams with empathy and clarityFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)Comfort with enterprise integration methods (APIs, ESB, MFT) and mobiledeployment strategies (e.g., Intune)
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plusBonus Points
Experience in utility or industrial automation domainsUnderstanding of .NET-based application stacks and SQL / Oracle databaseenvironments
