Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably within the Fintech domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead multiple projects across diverse teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Product, Engineering, and Operations to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; create and execute effective mitigation plans.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive execution excellence and ensure accountability across teams.
