About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Supplier Coordinator to join us on a contractual, remote basis. The role involves sourcing high-quality raw herbs, oils, and extracts from trusted manufacturers while ensuring best commercial terms and compliance with certifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop a reliable supplier base for Ayurvedic ingredients.
• Negotiate MOQs, delivery timelines, and quality terms with vendors.
• Maintain supplier contracts, certifications, and compliance records.
• Ensure timely coordination between suppliers, labs, and internal QA teams.
• Build strong vendor relationships to support long-term partnerships.
