Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically in
field sales
and
field operations
within the
Gold Loan / secured lending / BFSI
industry (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver
high volumes of hires
within tight timelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Graduation degree or higher
Experience in handling and mentoring a recruitment team
Job Responsibilities :
Volume Recruitment Leadership
Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process for field & branch roles
Develop and implement sourcing strategies (campus, referrals, agencies, digital outreach) to attract a high volume of qualified candidates
Work with business and operations heads to understand branch & field hiring priorities and timelines
Team Management
Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to elevate the team’s recruiting skills
Promote a collaborative, high‑energy, target‑driven team culture
Process Optimization
Continuously review recruitment workflows and SLAs for better efficiency
Introduce best practices in volume hiring to streamline screening, assessment, and selection
Leverage recruitment tools, automation, and metrics to enhance productivity
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, regional heads, and business stakeholders
Ensure alignment on hiring requirements, candidate profiles, and selection standards
Report hiring status, challenges, and risk mitigation plans to leadership
Quality of Hire
Maintain standards and controls to ensure quality in high-volume hiring
Define and monitor KPI metrics (e.g., offer-to-join ratio, early attrition, cost per hire)
Work with HR, operations, and training functions to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce drop-offs
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
12 to 16 years of experience in recruitment, with
significant focus on volume hiring
(branch / field / sales / operations roles)
Proven leadership experience managing a team of recruiters
Strong communication (oral & written), negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset; skilled at tracking, analyzing, and making decisions using recruitment metrics
Experience with ATS / recruitment tools / sourcing platforms
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities
