Head of Creative Strategy

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director based in Mumbai. The Creative Director will lead and oversee creative teams to develop innovative concepts, designs, and branding strategies. Key responsibilities include developing and executing creative strategies aligned with the company’s vision, supervising art direction and design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality output on all creative endeavors. The role will also involve mentoring team members and fostering a vibrant creative environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute visionary ideas.
• Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to ensure consistent and impactful brand identity.
• Strong skills in Graphic Design with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, with excellent team leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Proven experience in a similar role within industries such as fashion, luxury goods, or jewelry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
