Your `Role

As a General Manager – Design & Copywriting at StayVista, you will be the creative force behind our brand storytelling and visual identity. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers and copywriters, taking full ownership of campaigns from concept to execution. Your role will involve crafting compelling narratives, overseeing high-quality and innovative design work, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. In close collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership teams, you'll drive impactful campaigns, stay ahead of industry trends, and cultivate a collaborative, growth-focused creative culture.

About You

  • 6-8 years of experience in copywriting and graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns across copy and design.
  • Proficiency in design tools : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and working knowledge of Canva / Figma.
  • Excellent command of brand storytelling, campaign ideation, and execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick to grasp requirements, adaptable, and highly accountable.
  • Up to date with industry trends in copy, design, and branding.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed Design School / B-School (Marketing, Communications, or Design).
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
