Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Developer with strong SQL knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting using Power BI and SQL. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing efficient reports, and ensuring high-quality, data-driven insights..

Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Develop, design, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Work with large datasets, transforming, cleaning, and analyzing data using SQL to generate accurate reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement efficient and reusable SQL queries to ensure accurate data extraction for Power BI reporting.
  • Optimize and fine-tune Power BI reports and dashboards to improve performance and usability.
  • Manage the integration of Power BI reports with different data sources.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform troubleshooting and debugging of existing reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI and SQL.

Required Skills Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience working with Power BI, creating interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query.
  • Experience in working with various data sources such as databases, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
