Salary range : Rs 900000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 9-12 LPA)

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements and ensuring all accounting transactions are accurate, compliant, and timely. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, support audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues. This position requires a solid understanding of  QuickBooks  and hands-on experience in  finalization of accounts , making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both operational and analytical aspects of accounting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, review, and finalize  financial statements and reports  in accordance with  US GAAP .
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, perform  account reconciliations , and ensure timely  month-end and year-end closures .
  • Handle  accounts payable and receivable , including invoice processing, expense tracking, and payments.
  • Manage  banking transactions  and ensure proper documentation for all financial activities.
  • Support  audit preparation , ensuring all required records and reconciliations are available.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to  resolve accounting discrepancies  and queries.
  • Verify financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external standards.
  • Contribute to the  development and improvement of accounting processes , enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the  implementation of new accounting policies , systems, and best practices.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of  QuickBooks  records and generate periodic financial summaries.
  • Provide  timely financial insights  to support management decision-making and business performance tracking.

What Makes You a Great Fit :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum  2–4 years of accounting experience , ideally with exposure to  US GAAP  and international clients.
  • Strong hands-on experience with  QuickBooks , reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Proven expertise in  bookkeeping ,  finalization of accounts , and compliance reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and professionalism in handling financial data.
