Job Summary :
As a Practice Lead specializing in Infrastructure Security and Machine Identity, you will spearhead the strategic growth, delivery, and innovation of security solutions focused on PKI automation, machine identity, and non-human access across hybrid and cloud-native environments. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and product leadership experience, you will guide cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale secure, compliant solutions that meet evolving enterprise security demands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the practice vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for infrastructure security, machine identity management, and PKI automation.
- Team Enablement : Lead and mentor product managers, engineers, and technical leads to deliver high-impact, secure, and scalable products aligned with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product adoption, customer enablement, and revenue growth.
- Innovation & Delivery : Oversee development and deployment of cloud-native and hybrid security solutions, including Kubernetes-native SSL / TLS lifecycle management and secure integrations with HSM, PAM, Vault, and IAM systems.
- Customer & Partner Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and technology partners, driving SaaS readiness, onboarding velocity, and integration success.
- Process & Best Practices : Champion Agile product development, product-led growth (PLG) methodologies, and SaaS transformation best practices.
- Technical Authority : Maintain hands-on knowledge of relevant security technologies, protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OIDC), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
Qualifications :
Proven experience in product leadership roles focused on infrastructure security, PKI automation, and machine identity.Strong domain expertise in cloud-native security (Kubernetes, container workloads), identity and access management, and DevSecOps enablement.Hands-on technical knowledge of authentication protocols, certificate lifecycle management, and secure enterprise integrations.Demonstrated success in SaaS transformation and execution of product-led growth strategies.Exceptional ability to bridge technical depth with strategic product vision and customer-centric outcomes.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus.Advanced degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related f ield preferred.Skills & Technologies :
