Job Title : Manager - Medical Affairs

Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Affairs Manager to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role, you will be the scientific bridge between the company and the healthcare community, playing a key role in driving evidence-based communication, stakeholder engagement, and supporting cross-functional medical initiatives. You will lead the scientific dialogue, manage KOL engagement, and contribute to the planning and execution of medical strategies that support our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide regular scientific updates, reviewing and approving all scientific communications to marketing team
Provide new product / new indication ideas
Responsible for conceptualization & execution of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement plans and support execution of medical affairs activities in collaboration with cross- functional team
Responsible for engagement of external experts and KOLs cross core therapy areas of the company
Address medical inquiries from HCPs on the use of company products based on available scientific data & documenting scientific interactions between company and HCPs
Conduct scientific meetings, round table discussion and engage in scientific discussion with HCPs, as well as support medical educational events
Collate, record and share insights obtained from the scientific interactions to deepen our understanding on the unmet needs of our external stakeholders
Working closely with the cross-functional team to execute medical initiatives
Includes Monthly Field Work (Metro Cities)

Qualifications

M. Pharm or equivalent advanced degree in a life science-related discipline.

6– 10 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.

Required Skills

Strong scientific acumen and knowledge of therapeutic areas.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience in KOL management and medical communications.

Experience in organizing scientific events and educational programs.

Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
