Experience Required : Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in BPO (Chat / Email process preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
Drive team performance through coaching & development
Ensure SLAs, quality, and customer satisfaction targets are met
Monitor and analyze performance metrics
Handle escalations effectively and professionally
Promote a positive and engaging team environment
