Key Respobsibilities :
- Project management : Oversee project development, planning, and execution
- Resource management : Forecast resource demand, identify gaps, and develop resource plans
- Financial management : Track project budgets, perform financial analysis, and provide financial reports
- Governance : Establish and maintain governance for delivery, including roles, responsibilities, and accountability
- Risk management : Identify and resolve issues that could delay projects
- Stakeholder management : Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams
- Team management : Recruit and manage PMO resources, coach and develop project managers
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years experience in IT, with substantial expertise in project management and process consultancy.Proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.Experience in leading cross-functional teams and excellent leadership skills.Preferred Skills :
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.Skills Required
