Job description
Product Expert will be responsible for,
- To support insurers' teams in sales efforts on call
- Attend pre-scheduled joint customer calls to guide them towards policy purchase
- To ensure product benefits& risks are correctly communicated to the customer
- To answer customer and partner employees' queries on products with proper rebuttals
- To ensure the partners' sales process is adhered to correctly
Product Expert is required to have,
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service representativeStrong understanding of products (will be judged basis PKT scores)Employees may have to appear for an joint interview with our partner insurers
