Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Voice Process Associate, based in Lucknow with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Voice Process Associate will handle customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include answering customer calls, providing information about financial products or services, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining detailed records of conversations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Analytical skills to address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Knowledge of Finance and experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup and adapt to changing workflows.
- Fluency in English and familiarity with additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.
