Job description

Experience :

5+ years in the automobile industry as a trainer.
2+ years as a Sales Team Leader or Manager.
2+ years in frontline automobile sales.
language : Proficiency in English and the relevant regional language.

Skills & Competencies

Strong in coaching, mentoring, and performance review.

Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

Passion for automobiles and people development.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver training across Sales, Service, Used Car, Guest Relations, and Value Chain.

Conduct hybrid training sessions (online and offline).

Perform audits, gap analysis, SOP reviews, and training content customization.

Ensure KPI achievement : Knowledge Index, Enquiry Conversion, Retail Performance, etc.

Submit training effectiveness reports and monthly performance reviews.

Support in dealer manpower recruitment and training program logistics.
