1. Managing customer relationship portfolio of the company & contribute in increasing the awareness of Customer Relationship Activities with customers
2. To attract, retain and improve customer service
3. Taking care of Projections, Allotment Letters, Regisrty, Cancellation Letters etc
4. Review customer- complaint and suggestions and conduct regular meeting with staff to know there response
5. Managing and handling escalations
6. Plan, develop and Implement systems, policies and procedures fo controlling customer service strategies / service standards for superior service
7. Delivery aimed at enhancing the image of the company and overall financial performance
8. Establishing strong credibility between the organization and all leading financial institutions of the region
9. Review and Approval of Agreement for Sale
10. To ensure proper follow up for pending documents
11. Handle walk in customer queries
