Job Description – Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in billing and a strong understanding of invoicing processes, client coordination, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and send accurate invoices to clients within the defined timelines.
• Regularly follow up with clients via email and phone for outstanding payments.
• Maintain, verify, and update billing records in the accounting system.
• Address and resolve client queries or disputes related to invoices in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment closure.
• Prepare periodic reports on billing status, outstanding amounts, and payment collections.
• Utilize MS Excel effectively for maintaining billing data, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts.
