Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Role Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – Visa Application to support students in their visa application journey. The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, application tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.
- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy / consulate guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
- Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
- Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.
- Stay updated on immigration / visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.
