Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
- Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
- Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits and compliance checks.
- Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
